Overview
F&M Experience is the campus portal that provides a single point of access to information about campus services and personal information. In some cases, this portal displays live data feed from Banner. In other cases, there are links to applications, files, and sites. The information that displays is based on your role. You can customize the Home view to add, remove, and rearrange cards. Additionally, you can add your own links to a customizable card.

How to
Information is organized according to "cards" in Experience. Each card has information and/or links related to a single topic. For example, there is card called Campus Services with many useful links to the service request portal, event services, ID, room reservation, and other similar information. You can customize your Home tab to include all of the cards that contain the information you use most. That way, when you open Experience, all of the information you need is available in one view.
Customize the Home tab
You can add and remove cards on the Home tab to customize it with information you need regularly.

In this image [above] the Home tab is highlighted on the far left. When this tab is highlighted, all cards on your Home will display. When you remove a card from your Home tab, the card will no longer appear in this view, but the card will remain in Experience on one of the other tabs. You can always go back and add the card to your Home tab later.
You can click and drag cards to re-order them on your Home tab:
1. Hover over the card, close to the top where the card's name is.
2. A cross arrow will appear.
3. Click then drag the card to the order you would like to see it on your Home tab and drop the card
You can add or remove a card on your Home tab:
1. Click View All Cards.

2. Use the search field or scroll to find a card you want to add to or remove from your Home tab. Click the ribbon on the card to add or remove it from your Home tab:
A dark ribbon indicates it is on your Home tab:

A light ribbon indicates it is not on your Home tab. To add it to your Home tab, click the ribbon [and it becomes dark]:

Add Quick Links for sites or documents you need regularly
If you have websites you visit regularly/daily or documents you want quick access to, you can add a link to them on your My quick links card.
1. Click View All Cards.
2. Scroll to My quick links.

3. Make sure you click the ribbon so it is dark, so that the card is visible on your Home tab.
4. On the card, click Add New Link.
5. Give the link a title and add the URL.
6. Click Add.
Your my quick links card will display on your Home tab, and your link will be on it.
