Overview
This allows a colleague to manage your schedule and create Zoom meetings on your behalf. This is very helpful if you are setting up meeting often for people.
How to
Find someone else's Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar settings on a browser.
- On the left side, find the Other calendars section and click on the +
- Then click Subscribe to calendar
- Enter the email address of person's calendar .
Note: You will only see free/busy by default. Follow the 'Share Your Google Calendar' step listed below to see details & manage appointments.
Share Your Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar settings on a browser.
- On the left side, find the Settings for my calendars section and click on your name or the calendar you wish to delagate.
- Then click Shared with click + Add people and groups.
- Enter the email address of your delegate.
- Under Permissions, select "Make changes to events" (this allows them to edit meetings without full account control).

- Click Send.
