Context
This document describes who has access to Google Takeout and under what circumstances. Permissions to Google Takeout are controlled in Google at the OU level with an exception group called allow-googletakeout for any need outside of normal procedures.

How To
After an employee, retiree, or nonemployee has been approved for Google Takeout, add them to the allow-googletakeout group in Google. Domain administrator privileges may be required.
