Overview
Your F&M NetID identifies you on the network and provides access to services, systems, and applications on the network when used in combination with your unique password. It is managed through a system called RapidIdentity, which you might see when setting or re-setting your password. Your NetID provides access to sensitive and/or confidential data -- so it must not be shared with anyone at any time. It is usually seven letters (or less) and begins with the first initial of your first name and the first six letters of your last name. For example, Jacques Cousteau would have a NetID that is jcouste.
