Overview

Adobe Creative Cloud for Education provides access to many of the Adobe licensed applications, which include Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator, among many others. Our campus license allows students to use Adobe products that are installed on college-owned computers on campus in public or lab spaces. Specific faculty and professional staff may also have Adobe Creative Cloud on their computer, as needed. You must sign in with your F&M credentials to use these applications.

Note: Adobe Creative Cloud is installed on specific public/lab computers and for specific employees. When you open Creative Cloud, you can access any of the Creative Cloud products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Firefly, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc. Each of these products must then be installed on the computer to use it. When you try to open a product that hasn't yet been used on that computer, Adobe Creative Cloud will prompt you to install it on that computer. You will need to do this before you can proceed.

How to

F&M students can use Adobe Creative Suite applications at any of the shared/lab computers where it is installed.

 

Sign in

1. Log onto the computer.

2. Click Adobe Creative Cloud to access the application. This icon is in the taskbar or applications folder.

3. As prompted, use your F&M NetID and password to log in.

4. All apps are displayed. Use the search bar at the top of the application window to search for a specific app.

5. If you would like to access a specific Adobe product that is not installed on the College-owned computer, you can install it.

6. Use the app. When you are ready to save a file, save it to your F&M Google Drive. This will allow you to manage your
