Overview
You can set up your personally-owned computer to print to any of the networked printers/multi-functional devices across campus, after an initial set-up process. To print from your device, you will need to connect it to the Eduroam network and then install an app. After this initial set-up, you can use the File>Print option from any software application and send your print job to the printing queue. Then proceed to any of the College's network printers, scan your badge, and select the file(s) you want to print.
How to
Install the printing app on your computer
1. Make sure your device is connected to the Eduroam network.
2. Go to http://prd-papercut03.fandm.edu:9163/setup for the downloadable printing app file.
Note: Your operating system should automatically be detected, and it will prompt you to Download the appropriate set up for your operating system. If the suggested operating system is incorrect, note that there are links to files for other operating systems on the page.
3. Click Download to install this PaperCut Mobility Print application.
4. Find the .exe file in your downloads and run it, following the prompts in the installation process. Use your F&M NetID and password, as prompted.
Note: When installing on a Mac, we recommend using Safari. The first time you attempt to print after installation, a system dialogue will ask for your username and password:
- Sign in using your F&M NetID and password (NOT your computer's username and password)
- Check Remember the password in my keychain to allow the setting to hold for future use.
- Click OK.
- If you don't see this prompt, click the refresh button in your browser and try again.
5. This completes the installation process. You can now send a document to the printer.
Send a document to the printer
After you install the PaperCut Mobility Print application, as described above, you can print from your computer to a network printer.

1. Click File.
2. Click Print.
3. Select the destination printer as the Toshiba-Papercut option in the drop-down.
