Zoom Ai Companion
Zoom AI Companion is a generative AI assistant integrated into the Zoom platform. It is designed to automate administrative tasks such as note-taking and summarization, allowing participants to stay focused on the conversation.
The AI Companion provides real-time support during meetings and automated follow-up after they end. Key capabilities include generating meeting summaries, answering in-meeting questions (e.g., "Was my name mentioned?"), and creating smart recordings with chapters and action items. Crucially, Zoom does not use your audio, video, or chat content to train its AI models, making it a more secure alternative to third-party recording bots.
