Overview
Self Service+ is an end-user tool available on all Apple computers managed by JAMF Pro. It functions similarly to Apple’s App Store, allowing you to install software programs independently without requiring a technician to visit your machine.
Before you get started

This tool is intended only for computers owned and supported by Franklin & Marshall College.

The specific applications available to you are determined by your computer's attributes, such as age, model, and operating system.
How to
Follow these steps to locate, install, and manage software on your F&M-managed Mac.
Using JAMF Self Service+
- Open Self Service+ by clicking the F&M icon on the Dock or by locating the app in your Applications folder.

To find a specific program, use the Search box located in the top left.

Alternatively, click Catalog to view a full list of categories and available applications.

Select the program you wish to install and click Install or Run Now.
Closing the Application

To ensure the application is fully closed, select Self-Service+ in the top left of the menu bar and select Quit Self-Service+.

Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut Command Q.
