ArcGIS Online Collaboration Account

ArcGIS Online for facilitators that want to create collaborative groups. Users must be facilitators and can create groups where others can edit all documents in that group.

In order to create collaborative groups in ArcGIS Online you must be at least a facilitator level permission in ArcGIS Online. For more information on how to log in and create an account in ArcGIS Online see this article: https://request.fandm.edu/TDClient/299/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=18726

To make a request to be a facilitator please reach out to one of the individuals here: 

Once you are a facilitator you can sign in and go to the Groups tab at the top. 
- Create a group

- Add the settings that allow group members to contribute to projects

- Invite members

Now if you view members you should see all the members of the group:

All the members of the group should be able to contribute to any project in the group!
